TELECALLER

Roles & Responsibilities – Telecaller (Marketing)

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases

Explain company products/services clearly and confidently to potential clients

Generate and qualify leads for the marketing and sales teams

Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication

Update customer details, call status, and remarks accurately in the CRM or lead tracker

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets as assigned

Handle customer queries professionally and provide correct information

Schedule appointments or callbacks for counselors/sales executives when required

Maintain proper call etiquette and a positive brand image of the company

Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-related calling activities

Track feedback from prospects and report market insights to the reporting manager

Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies

Submit daily work reports and performance updates on time

Requirements and Skills:

Looking for Night shift staff from 5:30 PM -1:30 AM

May be have to work on holidays

Proven work experience as a telecaller in a similar role.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, web analytics, and Google Adwords.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field is typically preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
