Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic Telecaller to make outbound calls to prospects and customers, explain our products or services, and generate leads. You will also handle inbound queries and maintain accurate records of every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using the provided database.
• Explain products and services clearly and answer customer queries.
• Generate and qualify leads, and follow up to convert them into sales or appointments.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Update call details, lead status and follow-ups in the CRM or Excel/Google Sheets daily.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Share daily performance reports with the team leader.
• Maintain a polite, professional tone at all times.

Requirements

• Own laptop is mandatory (with a working internet connection) for CRM and data entry.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email).
• Good listening, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
