• Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls from clients seeking product details, billing help, or issue resolutions.
• Lead Generation: Qualify prospects, capture interest, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
• CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update customer databases, and record feedback accurately in software like Excel or a CRM.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly metrics regarding call volume, conversion rates, or resolution times.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or 12th pass minimum; graduation is preferred for specialized accounts.
• Communication: Clear, polite verbal communication, active listening, and strong local or regional language proficiency (plus English for corporate/international desks).
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, stay calm under pressure, and manage high call volumes.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, keyboarding/typing speed, and familiarity with CRM or dialing systems.

Pay: ₹18,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
