Telecaller

Leon Properties Real Estate is a Dubai-based real estate company specializing in property sales, leasing, and property management. We are looking for a motivated, confident, and well-spoken Female Telecaller to join our team and support our business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, property owners, and leads.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
• Introduce the company’s real estate services and generate business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Confident, polite, presentable.
• Candidates with their own valid UAE visa are preferred.
• Ability to join immediately is an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate telecalling is required.
