Job title: Telecaller

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Explain products, services, offers, and company details.

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Maintain customer information and call records.

Handle customer complaints professionally. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.

Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.

Skills Required Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Good listening and convincing abilities.

Patience and a positive attitude.

Ability to handle customer objections.

Fluency in the required languages, such as English, Malayalam, or Hindi.

Qualifications Minimum qualification:

Plus Two or any degree, depending on company requirements.

Freshers can apply.

Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
