Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company’s immigration and migration services.

Contact leads generated through social media, websites, advertisements, and other sources.

Understand clients’ requirements and provide basic information about available visa, immigration, and business setup services.

Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into appointments or sales opportunities.

Explain the general process, service packages, and consultation procedures to prospective clients.

Schedule consultations with immigration consultants or sales executives.

Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, appointments, and service inquiries.

Maintain and update client information, lead status, and follow-up records in the CRM system.

Achieve assigned daily calling targets and monthly sales or appointment targets.

Coordinate with the immigration consultants and sales team to ensure timely follow-up.

Handle client inquiries professionally and forward technical immigration questions to the concerned consultant.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through telephone calls and WhatsApp.

Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Ensure professional communication and maintain client confidentiality.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a telecaller or telesales executive is preferred.

Experience in the immigration or migration industry is an advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Fluency in Hindi and English

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Ability to handle client objections and follow up consistently.

Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused approach.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
