Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our offerings. - Engage in cold calling to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. - Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database. - Provide information about products and services to customers, addressing their queries and concerns. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth. - Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills: - Strong sales skills with a focus on cold calling and telemarketing. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively. - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM tools is a plus. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
