About Us

Nine Star Properties is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage serving high-net-worth clients across residential and commercial property. Our sales team is growing fast, and we're looking for a confident, articulate Telesales Executive to be the first voice our clients hear.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls a day to leads from property portals, marketing campaigns, databases and referrals
• Handle inbound enquiries promptly and professionally
• Qualify leads by budget, preferred location, property type, timeline and purpose (end-use or investment)
• Book property viewings and meetings for our property consultants
• Follow up consistently with warm leads and re-engage dormant ones
• Log all calls, notes and next steps accurately in the CRM
• Share project details, payment plans and new launch updates with prospective buyers
• Stay current on Dubai's off-plan and secondary market so conversations stay informed
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, qualified leads and appointments booked

Requirements

• 1–2 years of telesales or call-centre experience, ideally in Dubai real estate
• Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi, Arabic, Russian or Mandarin is a strong advantage
• A clear, warm and professional phone manner suited to high-net-worth clients
• Persistence and a positive attitude when handling objections and rejection
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, PropSpace or similar), WhatsApp Business and MS Office
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice
