We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller to join our Gulbarga team. It will be the perfect candidate s responsibility to call prospective clients, explain our offerings, and turn leads into sales.Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Explain products or services clearly and effectively.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Confident, patient, and persuasive.
• Previous experience in telecalling/sales is a plus but not mandatory.
