we're hiring Telecallers (Freshers) for our Choolaimedu, Chennai office. Candidates should be confident, clear-speaking, and eager to learn. The role involves handling client calls, explaining project details, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits.

Roles Responsibilities

• Make outbound inbound calls to leads generated from CRM, Meta Ads, Google Ads , and online campaigns

• Clearly explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits to prospects

• Coordinate site visit appointments with the Sales Team

• Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads systematically

• Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up details in CRM / Google Sheets

• Share brochures, images, and videos via WhatsApp or email

• Provide daily call and lead progress updates to the reporting manager

Requirements

• Freshers or 0 1 year experience candidates welcome

• Good communication skills in Tamil English

• Basic understanding of customer handling and follow-ups

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
