We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

• Provide information about products/services and answer customer questions.

• Maintain and update customer records in the database.

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.

• Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
