Job Description: Telecaller

Location: Basavangudi, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and profile)

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain services.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain call records and update customer information.
• Achieve calling targets and support business development activities.

Requirements

• Candidates with good communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, Kannada, Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Good convincing, interpersonal, and telephone-handling skills.
• Candidates with prior telecalling experience are preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
