Telecaller

ob Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce company services and generate leads.
• Follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records and update customer databases.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments when required.

Requirements:

• English and Hindi speaking skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Candidates on Husband Visa are encouraged to apply.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
