Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-skilled Telecallers to join our financial products sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining financial products, understanding customer requirements and generating business through calls.

Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, NBFC, credit cards or loan sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain financial products and their features clearly to customers.
• Generate customer interest and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Promote products such as FD-backed Credit Cards, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Business Loans and other financial services.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them regarding suitable products.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Collect basic customer information and coordinate for required documentation.
• Update call records, lead status and sales activity in the company CRM or reporting system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly business goals.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth application processing.
• Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and applicable customer communication guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good listening, convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow up professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheets.
• A positive attitude and a performance-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, loan sales or financial services will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling and sales-oriented work.
• Ability to work towards daily and monthly business goals.
