Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident Telecaller to join our team. You will be the voice of our brand, speaking with families who have requested help and with service providers interested in joining our network. This role is for our US market, so you will be speaking with US-based providers during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Call new leads to confirm contact details, location, and the type of service they need
• Understand how urgent the need is and record it accurately in our CRM
• Mark leads as verified so they can be passed on to the right providers
• Make outbound calls to service providers to introduce our platform and explain how our lead program works
• Follow up with leads and providers by phone and email
• Maintain accurate call notes and daily activity records

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or lead verification (strong freshers are welcome to apply)
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
• Warm, patient, and professional phone manner
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools)
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace if the role is remote
• Willingness to work the shift timings listed above

Nice to Have

• Experience handling US customers or US-based campaigns
• Background in healthcare, senior care, insurance, or legal services
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar

Job Type: Contract

Pay: R$1,700.00 - R$2,000.00 per month
