Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.
• Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and product enquiries.
• Explain our handmade crafts, miniature temple themes, Golu dolls, and customized décor products.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders.
• Maintain customer details and daily call reports.
• Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
