SNTRIX is looking for a confident, customer-focused and enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: 0–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹[Salary Range] + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally
• Provide order, dispatch and delivery updates
• Handle refunds, replacements and cancellations
• Follow up with customers for reviews and feedback
• Contact abandoned-cart customers and support order conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding pending or delayed orders
• Answer queries related to products, pricing, shipping and orders
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• Good Hindi & English communication skills
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Patient and customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets & CRM tools
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
