Telecaller Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telecaller Executive to join our team at FindingPi Pvt. Ltd., located in the Software Product industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Make outbound calls to promote products or services.
• Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Meet sales targets and achieve monthly goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
