What they need
- We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller / Customer Support Executive, preferably female candidates, to join our organization
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, building strong relationships with customers, and effectively communicating the companys products and services
- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English along with one or more regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, or Marathi, which is mandatory for this role
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and listening skills are essential to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- The ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers is a key requirement
- Roles and responsibilities include handling customer inquiries through inbound calls, making outbound calls for lead generation, and conducting cold calls in domestic and/or international markets
- The executive will clearly explain company services, address customer queries accurately, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintaining daily call records, tracking follow-ups, and sharing qualified leads with the respective teams are integral parts of the role
- The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable working with call logs and customer data
- Meeting daily calling targets and performance goals is expected
- A proactive attitude, consistency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service will contribute to success in this position
