Telecaller Executive / Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote financial products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings.

Requirements:
Freshers & candidates with up to 3 years of experience in telecalling/outbounding calls.
Background in banking, fintech, or financial services preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Basic computer knowledge, good way of talking
