Job Summary

We are looking for confident and experienced Telecallers for Loan & Insurance services. Candidates should have good communication skills and experience in outbound calling, customer handling, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain loan and insurance products/services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers and maintain records.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• Previous telecalling experience required.
• Loan or Insurance experience preferred.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; English is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
