Telecaller in Ranchi

As a Telecaller at THIKEDAAR.COM, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers to promote our services and increase sales. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our services and set up meetings or appointments.
• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and closure of deals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with customers.
• Utilize effective communication skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, appointments set, and sales conversions.
