Telecaller inbound

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
• Answer questions related to products, services, orders, payments, or complaints.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Record customer details, complaints, and call information in the system.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned customer service and call-handling targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Hindi and English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
• Freshers can be considered depending on the company requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
