Role & responsibilities:
Lead Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
Scheduling: Book appointments or schedule follow-up calls for the senior sales team.
Query Resolution: Address inbound inquiries, resolve customer doubts, and maintain a positive brand image.
Preferred candidate profile:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Freshers)
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English
Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet research) and willingness to learn.
Traits: A positive attitude, ability to handle rejection, and strong persuasion skills.
Location: Santacruz
Stipend: 12k p.m.
