Telecaller Intern

We are looking for a Telecaller Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with candidates, generating leads, and supporting the business development team.

This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical experience in telecalling, recruitment consultancy, customer interaction, lead generation.

Role & responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to candidates.
• Explain available opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with candidates regularly.
• Understand requirements and provide relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the recruitment and business development team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/MS Excel.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• English communication skills preferred.
