Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller Intern who can communicate confidently in Hindi and English. You will call potential customers, introduce them to Waplify, explain our product, and help generate leads.

This is a fully remote internship open to freshers and students across India who are interested in telecalling, sales, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Waplify.
• Explain our WhatsApp marketing and automation platform in simple language.
• Understand customer needs and answer basic product-related questions.
• Follow up with interested prospects and help generate leads.
• Maintain call records and update customer information.
• Share customer feedback and lead updates with the team.

Requirements

• Good spoken communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.
• Willingness to make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet-based tools.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A mobile phone for making calls to potential customers.
• A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer.
