Telecaller, Presales

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services
• Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers
• Follow up on leads generated through various channels
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends
• Provide feedback to the management regarding customer concerns and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to convince and persuade potential customers
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus
• Fluent in multiple languages is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
