Telecaller Sales Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller – Sales Executive to join Growbro.ai and help us connect with businesses, generate qualified leads, and book product demos.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers.
• Introduce Growbro.ai and understand prospect requirements.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Schedule product demos and meetings.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate lead and call records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, meeting, and sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.

What We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, BDE, or business development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Good convincing, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and disciplined.
• Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, software, digital marketing, or technology sales is a strong advantage.

Salary & Incentives

• ₹15,000–₹65,000 fixed salary
• Additional performance-based incentives
• No limit on incentives for high performers
