FirstHome Consulting is a growing real estate consulting company focused on helping customers find the right property and investment opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Explain available property options, projects, offers, and services.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule property visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Build good relationships with prospective customers and handle their queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/CRM is preferred.
• Previous telecalling, customer service, or real estate experience will be an added advantage.
