Responsibilities

• Calling Customers to explain about the product terms and conditions.
• Follow up with Customers to confirm if the guidelines (as per process) are being followed.
• Updating call logs in Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Effective Linguistic skills Hindi (must), Marathi / Punjabi / Haryanvi (either of them a must), and English (preferred)
• Disciplined and Courteous
• Listening and Comprehending skills
• Willing to make a career in Call center and then subsequently in Back-office
