Telecalling & Chat Support Executive

About The Role You will be the first voice and the first chat reply a prospect gets from Raglic. You call and message leads who have shown interest, understand what they need, and either answer it yourself or get the right person on a call.

What you will do

• Call and chat with inbound leads within minutes of them submitting a form.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business, problem and budget before booking a discovery call.
• Answer first-touch questions over chat and phone, honestly and without pressure.
• Keep the CRM and lead board accurate and up to date.
• Follow up with leads who went quiet, without being pushy.

You might be a good fit if

• You have done telecalling, chat support or inside sales before.
• You are a clear, confident communicator.
• You listen well and do not read from a script.
• You are comfortable with a CRM and basic reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS or services company.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business or chat tools.
