.Key Roles & Responsibilities :

A. Customer Calling

• Make daily outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Contact customers from enquiries, walk-ins, website, WhatsApp and social media leads.
• Explain jewellery products, offers, schemes and showroom services.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and purchase plans.
• Invite customers to visit the showroom.

B. Lead Follow-up

• Follow up with all enquiries regularly.
• Contact customers who visited but did not purchase.
• Follow up on quotations and product enquiries.
• Give priority to bridal, bulk and high-value customers.
• Maintain proper follow-up schedules.
• Convert interested leads into showroom appointments.

C. Customer Relationship

• Maintain good communication with customers.
• Make post-purchase thank-you calls.
• Inform customers about order readiness, repairs and collections.
• Contact existing customers for new offers and new collections.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships.

D. Lead Management
Maintain complete customer details:

• Customer Name
• Mobile Number
• Product Requirement
• Budget
• Enquiry Source
• Follow-up Date
• Customer Status – Hot / Warm / Cold
• Appointment Date
• Showroom Visit
• Sales Conversion
• Reason for No Purchase
