Telecalling

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable life insurance products, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Explain life insurance products, benefits, and basic policy features. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options. Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other communication channels. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses. Schedule meetings or connect interested customers with the concerned sales/insurance advisor. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Maintain professional and polite communication with customers. Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate. Good Hindi communication skills; basic English is preferred. Good communication and convincing abilities. Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome. Prior telecalling, customer support, sales, or insurance experience will be an advantage.
