Telecaller / Customer Support Executive Job Type: Full Time Work Location: Work From Home Qualification: 12th Pass Vacancies: 99 Job Description: - Make outbound calls to customers and provide necessary information. - Handle customer queries and assist them with basic concerns. - Explain products/services clearly to customers. - Maintain proper communication and follow up with customers when required. - Record customer details and call-related information. - Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling targets. - Maintain professional and polite communication with customers. Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass. - Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. - Basic smartphone/computer knowledge. - Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. - Freshers can apply. - Must have a smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connectshoion for work from home.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
