What they need
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle incoming admission enquiries professionally.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Communicate with students and parents in Malayalam and English/Tamil when required.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team for further processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain good communication and professional relationships with students and parents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
