Telecalling Executive

Role Overview We are looking for motivated and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective Indian customers.
• Promote and explain ECOSTE products and services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and schedule follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the lead management system.
• Respond to customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication with a neutral accent (minimal MTI).
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
• Ability to stay motivated and handle rejection confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th pass
• Preferred: Graduate in any stream
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO will be an added advantage
