Telecalling Executive

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele callers to join our team. Freshers from reputed colleges are welcome to apply. The role involves handling incoming India MART enquiries or calls, understanding customer requirements, and providing suitable product recommendations.

Key Responsibility

• Handle incoming calls and enquiries received through India MART.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Explain products, pricing, features, and other relevant information clearly.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and quick follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Build good relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Graduates from reputed colleges are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• Confident, positive, and customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Office & MS Excel and ability to handle CRM/online enquiries.
• Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
