Telecalling Executive

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers as required.
• Communicate with customers professionally and provide accurate information.
• Understand customer requirements and respond to enquiries.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
• Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve customer queries.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers.
• Follow company procedures and customer service standards.

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
