- **Inbound Calls:**Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide information, and address complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- **Lead Generation:**Identify and follow up on leads, effectively converting prospects into customers by highlighting product benefits and features.
- **Customer Relationship Management:**Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update CRM databases, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales & Engagement:**Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales or engagement goals, and contribute to overall team performance.
- **Market Research:**Gather customer feedback and data to identify trends and relay insights to relevant departments.
- **Documentation & Reporting:**Maintain call logs, MIS reports, and provide updates on activities to team leaders.
