Job Summary:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, explain property projects, and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain daily call and lead follow-up reports.
• Update customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and site-visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• 0-3 years of experience in real estate telecalling or sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an added advantage.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
