Telecalling Executive

Role Summary We are looking for a goal-driven Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our offerings, and drive sales or lead conversions. You will be responsible for outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate interaction logs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing customers using a given database to promote products/services or generate qualified leads.
• Understand customer needs and guide them toward the most suitable offerings or solutions.
• Explain features, benefits, pricing, and key terms clearly to prospective buyers.
• Address objections, answer queries professionally, and build strong customer rapport.
• Maintain complete and updated call records, status updates, and customer feedback in the CRM/system.
• Follow up on warm leads and schedule appointments or callbacks as needed.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Prior experience as a Tele calling Executive, Telemarketing Agent, or Customer Support Specialist is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and relevant regional languages.
• Ability to handle rejections calmly and stay persistent under target pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or database management.
