Telecalling Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, communicate with prospective customers, generate interest in our projects and coordinate site visits. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular follow-ups with leads and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits and potential bookings.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Contact prospective customers from company-provided leads and explain project details.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and investment interests.
• Provide accurate information about projects, locations, pricing, amenities, offers and payment options.
• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
• Convince and motivate customers to schedule a site visit.
• Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled site visits and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, follow-ups and lead status.
• Update leads and call outcomes in CRM system.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team whenever required.
• Reconnect with customers who have postponed or missed their site visits.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers through continuous follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and site-visit targets.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide a positive customer experience.
• Share relevant project brochures, videos, location details and other information through WhatsApp when required.
• Coordinate with the sales team until the customer reaches the site and ensure proper handover of the lead.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with customers.
• Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Graduate with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, customer support or inside sales will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi and English is preferred.
