Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a confident and customer‑focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, provide clear product/service information, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
• Explain product/service details and resolve basic customer queries
• Maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow‑ups
• Update CRM records and ensure accurate documentation
• Achieve daily call targets and contribute to overall team goals

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and customer‑oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
