Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telecalling Executive with 12 years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
• Explain company products, services, and promotional offers.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Build positive customer relationships and support sales activities.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi or Tamil is an advantage.
• Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and customer handling.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Real Estate, IT, SaaS, or Software Product Sales.
• Experience in B2B and B2C customer engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and WhatsApp Business.
• Experience scheduling online product demos and converting leads.

Qualifications

• Any Degree / Diploma.
• 1–2 years of relevant telecalling or sales experience.
• Target-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
