Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

Global Flight Handling Services Pvt. Ltd. (GFHS) is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers for its Aviation, Travel & Hospitality Academy. The ideal candidates should have experience in telecalling, student counselling, lead management, and admission conversion.

The role involves connecting with prospective students, generating academy visits, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on incoming enquiries.
• Explain aviation, travel, and hospitality courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Generate student walk-ins through effective calling and follow-up strategies.
• Counsel prospective students and address their queries regarding courses and career prospects.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain and update lead databases, call records, follow-up schedules, and enquiry status.
• Coordinate with the sales and counselling team to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare daily calling reports and track performance against targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, student counselling, or admissions.
• Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in student walk-in generation, lead follow-ups, and admission conversions.
• Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to handle objections confidently.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on lead conversion and business growth.
• Experience in an aviation, travel, hospitality, or educational institute will be preferred.
