Telecalling Executive

Telecaller – Customer Support

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Telecaller to handle customer calls, address complaints and coordinate with internal teams at our corrugated box manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from existing customers.

Listen to and address complaints related to box quality, printing, quantity shortages and delivery delays.

Coordinate with production, dispatch and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Follow up with customers until complaints are resolved.

Provide order status and delivery updates to customers.

Maintain customer details and complaint records in Excel.

Keep management informed about major complaints and unresolved issues.

Maintain professional relationships with existing customers.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer support.

Good Hindi communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

Patient, polite and confident while speaking with customers.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Experience in manufacturing or B2B customer support will be preferred.
