Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling HR Recruiter to support our recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates until they complete the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates regarding available job openings.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary packages, and company details.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and joining dates.
• Maintain candidate details and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and recruitment targets.
• Maintain a professional relationship with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Strong telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow up regularly.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
• Good interpersonal skills and a target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling, customer service, or recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

• Number of calls made per day.
• Number of qualified candidates screened.
• Number of interviews scheduled.
• Candidate follow-up and interview attendance rate.
• Recruitment conversion and joining ratio.
