Job Description

Get First Knowledge Hub is looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle student enquiries, explain available courses and support admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents.
• Explain courses, training programmes and admission details.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
• Follow up with interested students and parents.
• Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records.
• Schedule appointments and counselling sessions.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
• Achieve reasonable follow-up and conversion targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any degree or suitable educational qualification.
• Good Tamil communication skills.
• Basic English communication preferred.
• Confident and polite telephone communication.
• Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.
• Good listening and persuasion skills.
• Freshers are welcome.
