Telecalling Executive

Location: Andheri West Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the department with calling activities and backend coordination/processes.
  * Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  * Handle incoming customer calls and answer queries professionally.
  * Explain products/services and share relevant information with customers.
  * Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  * Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
  * Update customer details, call records, and follow-up status in Excel/CRM.
  * Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order processing.
  * Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
  * Prepare basic daily call and sales reports.

Skills Required:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and polite telephone manner.
* Knowledge of Basic computer MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
* Good follow-up and convincing skills.
* Hindi and basic English communication skills.
