Telecalling / Sales Executive

EarEase Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecalling / Sales Executive to join our growing remote sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining our services, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B and B2C customers.
• Follow up with leads through phone and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Explain company services and offers clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or business development.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based sales.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets is an advantage.
